L’été de leurs 17 ans, Lory et Chun-Jiao décidèrent de se trouver un emploi pour économiser. Par contre, à l’anniversaire de Lory, en début d’été, ses parents lui offrirent de lui payer son billet d’avion pour aller voir Chun-Jiao, mais seulement si elle gardait son emploi tout l’été. Lory était exaltée, mais décida de ne rien dire à Chun-Jiao pour lui faire la surprise.

The summer of their seventeenth, Lory and Chun-Jiao decided to find a job to save money. Surprisingly, at Lory’s 17th birthday, her parents told her, that as a gift, they would pay for her plane tickets to go see Chun-Jiao in Taïwan, but she would have to keep working all summer. Lory was so excited but decided to keep that a secret to Chun-Jiao in order to surprise her.

於是，在羅莉和春嬌17歲的那年夏天，她們決定去打工存錢。令人驚喜的是，羅莉17歲生日那天，她的爸媽決定以機票錢做為生日禮物，讓她可以和春嬌春嬌見面。唯一的條件是，羅莉必須持之以恆的完成她的暑期工作。她興奮極了！但她還是決定要對春嬌保密，當作是給春嬌的驚喜!
